Four Thieves Vinegar or Vinegar of the Four Thieves, comes with a legend that is well known.
Legend of Four Thieves Vinegar: There are many varieties and variations of this vinegar around, but it is said that the original recipe dates back to the 15th century in Italy and consists of garlic steeped in soured red wine. The legend of the Four Thieved is as stated (from wikipedia.org)... a group of thieves during a European plague outbreak were robbing the dead or the sick. When they were caught, they offered to exchange their secret recipe, which had allowed them to commit the robberies without catching the disease, in exchange for leniency. Another version says that the thieves had already been caught before the outbreak and their sentence had been to bury dead plague victims; to survive this punishment, they created the vinegar.

Our Handmade Ritual Vinegars are made with different herbs, spices, roots, and plants. Home grown in our garden and yard, picked, dried, and then infused with a base vinegar. Each is hand blended using only the finest natural ingredients, with specific intentions in mind. Nature is believed to have a spirit and soul in every aspect. These are infused with the energy of each plant that is used.
Made to order, each is made special for you in our home kitchen using my own recipes. I put my energy and love into every batch with intention in mind. These vinegars are tools only, the intent and outcome is up to you.
Align this vinegar with you and your specific intent before using, anointing an object or wearing it. Hold it in your hand, visualize and state out loud your intended outcome. Do this until you feel the vinegar is aligned with yourself and your intent. Placing the vinegar under a full moon is also believed by many cultures and spiritual paths to "charge" the vinegar. Visualize and state out loud your intended outcome while placing the vinegar under the moon. Leave over night. Sun "charging" is done the same way.
Each Ritual Vinegar comes in a clear bottle with leak proof top. Keep your in a refrigerator. If stored correctly, can last up to a year or longer.
